That’s the Catch-22. The resolution to your problem is blocked by the problem itself.

What if I said you can hire me without needing to put me on a payroll and take on all those employer obligations, let alone making a huge long-term commitment? And moreover, do it on a ‘fractional’ basis, as much or as little as you need and can afford – one day a week, two days a month, full-time for a week and then one day per fortnight, whatever suits you. Start small, adjust as needed. Cancel without long notice periods.
